With the rapidly growing Muslim population in Canada, Häagen-Dazs wanted to celebrate inclusivity by becoming part of their lives.
Eid is a holy Islamic festival that brings the whole Muslim community together. The occassion is further sweetened with milk-based delicacies and desserts. The festivity presented us with an opportunity to place Häagen-Dazs in the hearts of the Muslim community by joining in the celebrations.
Our campaign embraced and celebrated the community with meaningful messaging. The tagline “Eid ki khushiyan Häagen-Dazs ke sath” (Celebrate the joy of Eid with Häagen-Dazs) heeded the sentiment of patrons. All our executions were themed with cultural motifs to reflect the feel of the occasion. Furthermore, we fused Häagen-Dazs and popular cultural ingredients that gave our audience a taste of Häagen-Dazs’ versatility. The campaign was followed by other sweet success stories that won over the Canadian multicultural market.
